I first came to hypnosis in 1989 as a two pack a day smoker. The Long story short is, I quit smoking after a single 30 minute session.
Fascinated, I spent the next year reading and learning everything I could about hypnosis. I’ve spent the subsequent decades studying the science of the mind, the biology of behavior, and training through multiple sources to become a hypnotherapist, master hypnotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist and ultimately a Master trainer of clinical hypnotherapy. I’ve accumulated a few other certifications and titles, including: Success Coach and Master Trainer, Neurolinguistic Programming - NLP Master Trainer, EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique Master Trainer, Speaker, Author, Radio Personality and founder of Lessons in Joyful Living Radio Network.
