I know you have better things to do than sit in front of a computer on a holiday weekend. And I plan on spending next weekend with my friends and family – not sitting on the computer or fighting crowds. I’m talking to you, ladies – many of you lose track of who you are in the roles you play. Wife, Mom, Daughter, Sister, Friend, etc. each an aspect of what you are, yet none the sum of who you are. You lose track. You see, you’re you from the moment you’re born until the moment you die. And all too often that’s the least valued and least invested in identity or relationship in your entire life. What that means is – you put everyone and every thing else first. I’m on a mission to make that a thing of the past. I’m here to help you see where you begin, where others end and that you can take your life back.
I’ve been kicking around the idea for a while of creating this as an online course, designed specifically to share the most important things I’ve learned in the past 3 decades of teaching personal development, success coaching and leading women through healing retreats all geared at living life joyfully.
The pilot self care program and what we’ll cover
This pilot program is about how to heal what’s holding you back and move you into a full state of self-acceptance and self-love. You’ll experience some of the most transformational tools available to you without a magic wand. Over the course of five weeks, you’ll:
- Identify what’s most important in your life
- Heal 7 self-defeating negative emotions – anger, sadness, shame, fear, frustration, anxiety, and hurt
- Release the memories that haunt you – no more cringe worthy moments living in your head
- Change your way of thinking – stop the thoughts that say, “you can’t, won’t or shouldn’t…” be do or have what you want in life
- Create a 90-day plan to reach your dreams, goals and desires – allowing you to live-joy-fully from that day forward

- Access to all upgrades and updates on our Member site
When is the program?
I’m doing the sessions for five Tuesdays in a row, starting Tuesday, January 9th at 3 Eastern/noon Pacific (January 9, 16, 23, 30 and February 6).
The bonus Q&A will take place at 3 Eastern/noon Pacific on February 7th. They’ll run at least an hour, but may be up to 90 minutes, depending on your questions. There will be a high degree of personal interaction and every question you have will get answered. Also, if you can’t make a particular session or sessions, don’t worry; everything will be recorded, and if you send me questions in advance, I will answer them all.
Who this program is designed for…
Because the topic is self care, obviously there are students this is more appropriate for. As it is a pilot program, your participation matters. You are helping develop content that will ensure students who follow you (in an on-demand self-guided course) get exactly what they need to be successful in development towards a state of self-acceptance and self-love
If you’ve worked through most of the trauma and drama of your past or you have had a relative peaceful existence, yet find yourself stuck, this is for you. Are you at a breaking point in your time, energy and resources and need tools to keep moving forward, this is for you. Have you exhausted your own tools and current skill set in personal growth and self care, and you need a quick boost and perhaps new perspective, this is for you. If you value your time and energy and you don’t want to spend months or years in traditional therapy, this is for you. Or are you facing major life challenges and change and you need a support system, this is for you.
If you’ve not addressed the need for deep healing from trauma or abuse, this is not for you. Do you expect a magic wand program – I wave it and you’re changed – in other words, you don’t want to do the work, this is not for you. If language offends you or you want someone to “hold you and tell you everything is going to be OK”, this is not for you.
So, how much?
The pilot self care program is $225 – BUT NOT THIS WEEKEND! If that doesn’t fit into your budget, don’t worry, because I’ll continue to offer free resources and webinars on various platforms!
If you’re interested in taking your life back, connecting with your joy and are looking for more personalized assistance than is possible from just a book or a video, I think this is a pretty good value and an exciting prospect. When I launch the fully developed course in the spring, I haven’t determined the exact pricing, but it will likely be close to $800, so this is a substantial discount from that price point.
What will the course entail, and why is the pilot less than the full course?
The pilot is kind of unique. It’s small and personal, and I’ll be getting to know everyone who takes it. It’s collaborative, because we’ll literally be creating it together. That means, if you’re wondering whether it will address the questions you have, the answer is yes, because I’m creating the course based on the issues of interest and concern to you, the pilot participant. You’ll get exactly what you need to change.
That also means there’s more work for you as part of the pilot group. You’ll send me the questions that are of most interest to you related to the topic of the week. You’ll complete surveys, letting me know which parts of the course were most interesting, helpful, relevant and conversely, the least. I’ll be able to fine-tune and adjust based on your input. I’ll assign homework. Of course you’ll get much more out of the program by making time to complete it. And finally, if you get good results from the program – and that’s very much the goal – I’d like to ask for a testimonial. You’ll help others, in the future, see if it might be a good fit for them too.
