As someone who has studied language, communication, and behavior for nearly 3 decades I could spend hours on this. And I do - I call it teaching.

So to make this a very quick lesson, the shorthand version is that your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between real and perceived.

Just think about how you feel after a really vivid dream. You wake up with your thoughts, beliefs, decisions, and behaviors (TBDB's) having been impacted by something that wasn't even real...

NOW consider how works of fiction, books, movies, television, and even the news can impact how you feel.

You're not involved in the real-life events and the fictional ones don't even exist. And you feel things differently than before you were aware of the content. 

The content you'll download will create an image of what you want to change in your world. If done often enough, the conscious brain begins to behave "as if" the action has actualized. I guess that is pretty magical after all.

For best results, you may listen as often as you like, however, the following schedule is recommended:

Week 1 = 4x Daily
Week 2 = 3x Daily
Week 3 = 2x Daily
Week 4 = 1x Daily

1-2 times a week thereafter until 4 weeks after the desired results
have been obtained, the more you use Hypnosis to change your life, the quicker subsequent results from further sessions will occur.

I first came to hypnosis in 1989 as a two-pack a day smoker. The long story short is, I quit smoking after a single 30-minute session.

Fascinated, I spent the next year reading and learning everything I could about hypnosis.

I’ve spent the subsequent decades studying the science of the mind, the biology of the brain, communication and behavior. I've trained through multiple sources to become a hypnotherapist, master hypnotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, and ultimately a Master trainer of clinical hypnotherapy.

I’ve accumulated a few other certifications and titles, including Success Coach and Master Trainer, Neurolinguistic Programming - NLP Master Trainer, EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique Master Trainer, Speaker, Author, Radio Personality, and founder of  Lessons in Joyful Living Radio Network.

What all that means to you is, I understand communication and language at a level that works with your creative consciousness, AKA  unconscious or subconscious mind.

I'll help you effectively change your thoughts, beliefs, decisions, and behaviors (TBDB's) in relatively short order.
