… Until NOW

I AM broke, I AM alone, I AM fat, I AM broken, I AM _________________

These are powerful words. Joel Osteen said, “What ever follows I AM will seek you out.” I say: Thoughts are Powerful, Words are Spells. If you really want to get spiritual in this context, the Bible speaks of God having the name I AM. So when you follow this with a statement you are essentially inciting a prayer.

I’ve spoken before about changing your life by changing your thoughts. Have you ever considered simply giving your consciousness another alternative? Just add the qualifier “… until NOW.”

This begins to tell your creative consciousness that you have another option. It doesn’t always have to be so.

It’s a start. A baby step. Try it, see how much more powerful you feel afterwards. I watch clients experience this revelation all the time; it’s powerful knowing you can change your thoughts.
