Welcome to 2014!!!
Welcome to 2014!!!
Did you make any New Year’s Resolutions? Perhaps to exercise, drop 20 pounds, or stop smoking? These are the biggies.
What about being happier, more positive, more accepting of self and others? These are resolutions that can significantly impact the quality of your life and those around you as well.
Did you know that statistically speaking fewer than 10% of New Year’s Resolutions will still be kept by December 2014? Do you want to be part of the 90% that will fail or the 10% that will succeed?
I want you to make a decision today to simply do things a little differently from this day forward. I want you to realize that the baby steps really do count and they add up to make huge changes in our lives.
But you have to make a decision to do things differently, and understand it begins with your thoughts. We tend to see things as all or nothing. “I need to go to the gym 5 nights a week” is pretty daunting, however “I choose to move for 15 minutes 2 times daily” feels doable and is probably the commitment you will be able to live with in the long run.
Whether you decide to let me help with those changes or you work with someone else, it is best to work with a committed coach who will hold you accountable and remind you that you are moving forward. Good luck with those resolutions and you know where to find me if you need me.
